Shipping Policy

All LISTED PRICES EXCLUDE SHIPPING:

Plants, fish, birds and animals are by default only available for collection at the Farm in Port Edward and does not allow at check-out for a shipping option. Please email us at info@landosol.co.za if you need to make special arrangements. We offer a payable delivery service on all Products (Including, plants, fish, birds and animales) for client located in the KZN South Coast region. Just email us at info@landosol.co.za with your details and order number and we get back to youu with a cost estimate, delivery date and time.

Shipping options available for you at check-out for BioGrow Products and seeds:

  • Door-to-Door Courier Service

BioGrow Products and Seeds can be shipped Domestic via Parcel Service or Door-to-Door Courier Service. If you have only thses products in your basket, then you may select the “Door-to-Door Courier” shipping option at check-out and proceed with payment once you have completed your order.  PLEASE NOTE: Plants, fish, birds and animals CAN NOT be send with this shipping option**. Please make a separate order for those items if they on your list.

  • I will collect my products

If you wish to make your own arrangement to collect the order, then select the “I will collect my products” shipping option at check-out and proceed with payment once you have completed your order.

Please note:

* General Courier Service is unreliable when plants, fish, birds and animals need to be transported and this the reason we do not ship these products by courier. We strongly suggest if you don't live near Port Edward and wish to order plants, fish, birds and animals and can't collect yourself, then please arrange for a more reliable transport contractor (Logistics) to collect these type of items for you. 

Please note that these are only suggestions of a few companies we have knowledge off and that MAY transport your animals. We have NO affiliation with these companies. Any arrangements made with these companies is between you and the company and we cannot take any responsibility for any animal after leaving the farm.

 

International clients

** Only products will be shipped to International Clients via sea, please note delivery could take up to 12 weeks and that there may be additional customs charges and taxes for the clients own account.

International Clients who wish to order Plants, fish, birds and animals, must arrange for their own logistics, permits and other inport paperwork to be in order prior to placing the order. There are many logistic companies available online to help with the complexity of relocating an animal. Global Paws International Pet Relocation Services is one of many such company that can help (Please note we have NO affiliation with this companies -Any arrangements made with this company is between you and the company and we cannot take any responsibility for any animal after leaving the farm. ).
