HOW WE USE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA in accordance to the
POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information)
The Protection of Personal Information Act has been in effect since 1 July 2021. This law exists to protect your personal data. Landosol (Pty) Ltd. will ensure that your personal information is kept private & safe, in accordance to the Protection of Personal Information Act. We will never share your information with any third party. Your personal data will only be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, arrange shipping and delivery, and for other purposes described herein.
Personal data will automatically be deleted if your online account remains inactive for 90-days. It is your responsibility to log into your account at least once every three months to keep it active. Failure to log in will result in you needing to register again. Personal information on Failed, Pending, Cancelled or Completed orders will automatically be deleted after 21 days.



All prices quoted online, catalogues, brochures, social media, advertisements and any other virtual or physical marketing material, as well as on individual price tags are subject to adjustment without prior notice. Landosol (Pty) Ltd shall take reasonable efforts to accurately indicate prices. However, should any product, plant, or any animal (including, but not limited to mammals, crustaceans, araneae, reptiles, insects, fish & birds) be erroneously offered at incorrect prices, Landosol (Pty) Ltd will not be obliged to sell products at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies already paid, should you not wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price.


All prices given online are exclusive of  V.A.T. (itemised at check-out).


All online orders, MUST be payed in full prior to shipping or collection. The following payment options are available:

  • PayFast Payments: Landosol (Pty) Ltd. accepts VISA and MASTER CARD credit and debit cards, MOBICRED, ZAPPER, SCODE, INSTANT, MANUAL and AUTOMATIC EFT.
  • PayFast MOBICRED: You need to have an existing Mobicred account before you can use this payment option. Click on this link to apply for a credit line account with Mobicred. Once approved, you can come back to your order and continue the checkout process.
  • DIRECT BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS: EFT payments can also be made directly to our bank account. Please use the Order Number as reference. Proof of payment must be emailed to


All goods, will only be ordered and shipped after confirmation of full payment and will be shipped via courier service.

Orders placed for collection; MUST be collected within 7 days from the notification date, that the order is ready for collection, unless an extension is specifically requested and a written undertaking to collect received with a specified collection date. Landosol (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to automatically cancel any orders not otherwise collected. Refund on a cancellation will be made within 48 hours of cancellation, minus a handling fee based on 20% of the value of the order not collected. All items on a cancelled order will be returned to inventory to be sold again.

Any delivery that may be agreed to be undertaken by us are limited to a reasonable distance from Port Edward, KZN. The client will be responsible for off-loading or the cost for the use of a crane to off load large items, (e.g. statues, plants or trees etc.). No credit will be passed on the use of a crane to off load large items.


All products (excluding plants and animals) that is listed on this site are only available on backorder, unless the specific product is available in stock. Any orders that cannot be fulfiled by us within twenty one (21) days, will automatically be cancelled and monies already paid, refunded in full. No product, plant, or animal that is either delayed by the supplier(s),  sold out, discontinued, or no longer available for sale will be substituted on an order or withheld for delivery later on, unless specifically requested and a written confirmation is received.


Upon checkout, customers other than local residents from Port Edward to Palm Beach and surrounding areas with postal codes, 4295, 4278 and 4285; will automatically be charged a handling and shipping flat rate, calculated  according to the customers delivery address. Should the courier service delivery cost exceed the relevant flat fee charged at checkout, the customer will be notified and invoiced for the shorfall. No goods will be shipped until all outstanding monies have been received in full. 

The flat fee charged will be refunded in full, where the customer make own arrangement to collect the order.


Returned incorrect or damaged goods will only be accepted if delivery of goods are checked on the delivery date and the incorrect or damaged goods properly noted on the invoice. By writing “not checked” on the invoice, you will not be exempt from liability for the goods delivered. If the aforementioned is not adhered to, no responsibility whatsoever will be taken by Landosol (Pty) Ltd. All purchase resulting from buying online from Landosol (Pty) Ltd., will be restricted to the maximum value of the purchase price. Landosol (Pty) Ltd. will under no circumstances be liable for any refunding other than the purchase price of the goods ordered.  A handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods may be charged on returned goods after consultation. 

Any sales of plants or animals are final. Any concrete product, statue or animal reserved online MUST be collected at the nursery or farm in Port Edward, KZN. Exception to this rule only applies to local residents of Port Edward, Leisure Bay, Munster and Palm Beach (KZN) with postal codes 4295, 4278 or 4285:- or where an undertaking by us for a delivery to other areas has been pre-arranged.

Delivery and transport of plants, are done at clients own risk and Landosol (Pty) Ltd. will under no circumstances be liable to replaced or give credit for any plant, that is damaged or died for whatever reason after departure from the nursery.


Information given with regard to plants, are only directive, seeing that growth and well-being may vary because of location, food, temperature, soil composition, water hardness, care and the handling of the plant etcetera.

Some plants may be poisonous or cause an allergic reaction, when handled. The onus is on you to familiarise yourself with these needs and precautions.

Any fertilizer or plant food, organic or otherwise, or any other chemicals and medicine information given regarding plant feeding, or control of weeds, scrubs and trees, or any disease and pests on plants; and animals is a guide only. All recommendations are made to the best of our knowledge, based on either our own experience, or manufactures and suppliers guide lines. We cannot accept any responsibility for the correctness of this information. Please pay attention to labels, and test chemicals or new treatments first before applying large scale.

Landosol (Pty) Ltd. does not accept any liability for loss, experienced by a third party due to the incorrect handling of any plant, or products; Or harmful materials used on plants after its departure from the nursery. Part of plants used, for example the trailing of Margaret Roberts’ recipes, are done at own risk.

No guarantee, written or otherwise as to names, vigour or fertility of any plants or animals will be given. Plants, will only be dispatched in a healthy, growing, disease and pests’ free condition and will not be replaced due to damage or death caused by unforeseen circumstances. When an order for a plant(s) is placed for collection:- plants, must be inspected and selected where applicable, in person, by you or your representative, before leaving our care. All bare-rooted plants carry no warranty for replacement or credit and are taken at own risk.

On shipping orders, everything possible is done to ensure that plants, receive the best treatment before leaving our care; and that Government regulations regarding control of invasive species, disease and pests are strictly adhered to. You are responsible to obtain any necessary permission and permit(s) if required for a restricted species.

When an order is placed for collection, postal shipment, courier, delivery undertaken by us or any other shipping methods, everything possible is done to ensure that the order execution, and if applicable, delivery of the order takes place without delay. Orders are however subject to cancellation or delay caused by governmental regulations, laws and orders, droughts, inclement weather, labour disputes, riots, protest, floods, fire, or frost, war or embargoes or any other cause reasonably beyond the control of Landosol (Pty) Ltd.

Only under the above mentioned conditions, will goods, plants or animals be sold, and no representative of Landosol (Pty) Ltd, other than a Director of Landosol (Pty) Ltd, is entitled to change these conditions.
