Upon check-out, you will have the following six (6) delivery options to choose from:
1. Pickup at Landosol Plant Farm, Port Edward:

2. Free delivery for orders over R500 (Port Edward/ Banners Rest, Leisure bay & Glenmore only):
Delivery is free for orders over R500 and if the delivery address is within the town boundaries of Port Edward/ Banners Rest, Leisure bay & Glenmore.
3.Delivery Fee for orders less than R500 (Port Edward/ Banners Rest, Leisure bay & Glenmore only):
A R100 flat rate delivery fee will be applicable to orders LESS THAN R500 and if the delivery address is within the town boundaries of Port Edward/ Banners Rest, Leisure bay & Glenmore.
4. Lower South Coast Delivery (Munster to Port Shepstone):
If the delivery address is within a 50km radius (e.g. Port Edward to Port Shepstone) from the Farm/ Nursery in Port Edward, and within KZN Lower South Coast then a R300 flat rate delivery fee will be applicable per delivery.
5. My order has large plants or there are more than 20 items in my order and my delivery location is more than 50km away.
All large orders and deliveries to other locations outside a 5okm radius from the Farm/ Nursery in Port Edward (KZN), are subject to acceptance and confirmation through a phone call/ WhatsApp to 072 785 4303/ or 076 343 6105, or e-mail to sales@landosol.co.za.
- If the delivery address is more than the 50km radius from the Farm/ Nursery in Port Edward and within KZN South Coast then a 12% of total order amount is chargeable with a minimum amount of R500. All other areas, a 20% of total order amount will be chargeable as transport fee, with a minimum fee of R2 000. Please choose “Invoice Me” as payment method.
- Where we accept your delivery request. Landosol Plant Farm will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment.
- We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the goods during the delivery period.
- Landosol Plant Farm obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for the delivery of the order.
- We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of goods on the website.
- Smaller orders can make use of the courier option.
6. Courier (Door-to-Door only):
We make use of The Courier Guy for door-to door deliveries at a base cost of R250 per box. This includes a Boxing and handling fee. All plants to be shipped will be removed from their pots and medium and send as bare rooted plants only. In order to avoid plants having to stay over in a warehouse over weekends, we dispatch plants only on Mondays and Tuesdays to allow for enough time to reach the customer. Landosol (Pty) Ltd, will not accept responsibility for any handling or delay damages caused by a courier service. Please note, we DO NOT ship via PUDO.
