Description
Atriplex nummularia is a species of saltbush that is native to Australia. It is an ornamental shrub that has small, silvery edible leaves with a strong salt-flavour and can be picked at any time of the year. It is also used for erosion control and as a forage crop for livestock. Atriplex nummularia can grow up to 3m tall and up to 5m wide tall and makes a great candidate for hedges, privacy screens, and water wise gardens.
