Description

The Calathea Illustris, also refered to as the Calathea Roseopicta Illustris. It is a new hybrid that is crossed between the Calathea Medallion and the Calathea Dottie. Hence, the stunning wide oval shaped leaves with coloured patterns.

Growth Height	30 cm- size varies according to growing conditions. Most Calathea species can actually shoot up rather quickly when their needs are met, reaching their mature height of roughly 1.2 Meters within a year.
Water Requirements	Keep moist, but avoid over-watering.

Flowering Period	Not grown for flowers.
Light Requirements	Bright indirect sun to full shade.
Soil Requirements	Well drained compost rich soil. Prefer slightly Acidic soil with ph5.7-6.2.
