Description
Pharaoh’s Mask is a very rare variety of Colocasia with a unique, bold unusual 3D leave effect. Part of its rarity is due to the fact that it’s a very difficult to propagate. At maturity, the leaf edges curve under, showing off the strong purple veins even more. The stems, (petioles) is the same dark color of the veins, supporting individual leaves like masquerade masks, to form tight clumps that stand up to 1.2 meters tall. This plant can be placed in various garden spaces to show off its amazing attributes. It is tolerant of full sun or part shade, can be planted in containers or near water’s edges.
